Day 5

Today as a hard day... I think I felt more tired and not so happy mood... Better days will come
Wake up: 
Water with ACV
Breakfast: 
 I did overnight, 2 eggs, with 1/2 oats, 1/2 coconut milk, honey and strawberries. Left in a bowl cover... in the morning I bake it in the over for 25 min.
 I didn't like it, but maybe I'm not good eating hot oats... so I had the strawberries and that's it. I also had my coffee with lactaid fat free.
  Snack:
14 almonds, 1 cutie. I needed a little bit more because my breakfast was only the coffee

Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber, shrimp, boiled eg, white beans. Was a good salad

Snack:
 1 cereal bar, 3 grain crackers with 1 slice of fat free cheese.

Dinner:
 I did a kind of boats with zucchini. 1 zucchini cute in half, I remove all the inside and put in a bowl with ground beef cooked, diced tomato, 1/2 onion, olives. I scoop all the mixed inside the zucchini and put in the oven for 15 min. Was ok, fill me so I'm ok. I also had to have a coffee because I feel tired. 


 Today was not a good day... need to keep going so I can feel better.
