Breakfast:
 Water with AVC. Ezequiel Bread with egg. Coffee with Milk

Snack:
 Protein Shake with Spinach, Kefir, pineapple and soy free veg protein

Lunch:
 Kolache with ham and cheese
 
Snack:
 Peanut Bar

Dinner:
 Quinoa pasta, chicken breast and corn
