Day 6

 Breakfast:
 Water with ACV, 1 omelet (1 egg, 1 egg white) with corn and spinach. Coffee with Lactaid fat free milk. I really enjoy my breakfast today.

 Snack: 
14 almonds and 1 cutie.

Lunch: 
Today I eat at Sweet Tomatoes, so I had a salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, peas, chickpeas, beets, sunflower seeds. I also had a great rice and chicken soup (delicious) and 1 slice of wheat bread.  

Snack:
 12 almonds and a Iced green tea unsweeted. 

Dinner:
Cod fish with Brussel sprouts and mushrooms. It was pretty good too, but sprouts for me still bit sour... 


 This days I feel like having some need of sugar (like candy or chocolate) and I know it's ok to have it once in a while, but I think now I need to loose this weight that's bother me so I can feel more comfy to do it... but I can tell you isn't so easy at all... have a great weekend.
