Day 20

Breakfast:
 Bread Ezequiel with Butter. Water with AVC. Coffee with Milk

Snack:
 Coffee with Milk

Lunch:
Shrimp and Parmesan Sirloin from applebees.

Snack:
 Dark Chocolate coffee beans.

Dinner:
 Turkey burger with egg and salad on a wheat bun. sweet potato fries. 

Ok today was scouts fair day, earth day at town center and Kevin had to help the school YES club there... so I eat out all day... really try my best, buts this days aren't easy at all...
