Day 7

Breakfast: 
1 glass with water and ACV, 2 slices of Ezequiel bread with light butter and 2 white eggs. Coffee with lactaid, fat free milk. 

Snack:
1 apple with skin
Lunch:
 Today was Olive Garden day and I choose chicken with broccoli pie but I didn't eat the crust so I kind of keep fat away...
 Snack: 
 1 Siggis yogurt with 1 tsp of pure honey.
 Dinner:
 I couldn't finish my lunch so had the left over for dinner. 

 Today I walked 6.5 miles and I'm exhausted... I also have some headache. Tomorrow is a better day I guess...
