Day 23

Breakfast:
 1 glass of water with ACV. 1 Omelet with spinach and cheese. 1 slice of Ezequiel Bread.

 Snack:
 Dark Chocolate coffee Beans (DELICIOUS)

Lunch:
 Delicious soup that with pasta and tomato.
Lasagna with salad. Fruit Salad. Chocolate chip cookie (Naughty!!!!)

 Snack: I skipped because I was full from lunch.

Dinner:
 Salmon with Sweet potato, broccoli and salad... 

 Today my friend invite me to lunch at her house and she had all good and fat!!!! LOL
 I really enjoy my day and feel no guilt (Yet!!) I know that no one can eat healthy 24/7 (unless you REALLYYYY like it!!!!)
