Day 24

Breakfast:
 1 glass of water with ACV. 2 Slices of Ezequiel Bread with peanut butter and Ghee... 

 Snack:
 Grapes

 Lunch:
Rice, Chicken with curry, chickpeas with some spicy sauce, spinach with cheese. 

 Snack: 
 1 cereal bar and a boiled egg.

 Dinner:
 Chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans.

 Today I lunch at a Indian place... the food was kind of spicy but pretty good... 
 And I stayed at school late so I decide to feed us with KFC. I know isn't healthy but I tried the best and order grilled. I also had the breast part... Being healthy isn't easy specially when you are EXHAUSTED!!!
