Day 21

Breakfast:
 Ezequiel bread with spinach omelet. Water with AVC. Coffee with milk

Snack:
 Tangerine

Lunch:
 White wine mussels, cheddar biscuits, a little bit of chocolate brownie... I ate at Red Lobster
Snack:
 Chocolate cookies gluten free

Dinner:
 Dominos cheese pizza, cheese bread.

 Sunday a BAD day!!!! Not happy with myself...
