Day 18

Breakfast:
 Bread with egg. Water with AVC. Coffee with milk.

Snack:
 Strawberry banana Smoothie with protein

Lunch:
 Sweet potato with Meatless Meatballs
 
Snack:
 Late snack bread with cheese... coffee with milk... 

Dinner:
 Chicken Sandwich from chick-fil-a and lemonade

 Again today I went to fast... look like this week is been so bad... I really need to focus more on my eating...
