Day 12

Breakfast: 
AVC with water. Egg with egg whites and spinach. Coffee with milk

Snack: 
Tangerine with 12 Almonds

Lunch:
 I went to salatta and had lettuce, tomato, cucumber, chick peas, black olives, beets, boiled egg.

Snack:
 Greek yogurt and a apple

Dinner:
 Salmon Sandwich from Jason's Deli and some melons. 

Today is camping time so I couldn't cook... But tried my best to be clean...
