Breakfast:
1 glass of water with AVC. 1 Egg, 1white egg, spinach and fat free cheese with 2 slices of Ezequiel bread. Coffee with milk.
Snack:
1 banana
Lunch:
cauliflower mashed with cheese cream and chicken.
Snack:
1 greek yogurt.
Dinner:
Cauliflower mashed with cheese cream and beef rib boneless in the oven. With lettuce, tomato and cucumber.
Today again was a crazy day because I had to pack and cook for camping... Yes I'll spend the weekend camping and I need to keep my heathy way (at least try). I have all my cooking ready plus all supplies I'll need... I can't do it tomorrow because tomorrow I'll have a crazy day at school again.

Imagino o trabalhão que estás a ter para cozinhar e
carregar tudo para camping...
