Day 15


Breakfast:
 Water with ACV. Omelet with spinach. Coffee with Milk

Snack:
 Kind Almond Bar, Tangerine

Lunch:
 Subway Flat bread with steak and cheese, oven baked barbecue chips
 
Snack:
 Hummus with vegetable crackers 

Dinner:
 Zucchini noodles with Chicken breast and salad

 Today I was helping at school so my day was kind of fast...
