Day 17

Breakfast:
 Water with AVC. Pancake with egg and banana. Coffee with Milk.

Snack:
 Kind Nuts bar

Lunch:
 Langostino Lobster trout with broccoli and mashed potato. Cheddar biscuit 

Snack:
Smoothie with strawberry and banana

Dinner:
Zucchini noodles with salmon and salad

I swear I try my best... but my BFF invite me to lunch at Red Lobster and I can't resist at the biscuit.
