Day 22

 Breakfast:
 Ezequiel Bread with butter. Coffee with milk. Today I forgot the water with AVC

Snack:
 Almonds

Lunch: 
 Gluten free pasta with tuna and boiled egg... 

Snack: Coffe with Milk 
 Tangerine and Boiled Egg

Dinner: 
 Brown rice with egg and chicken heart and salad.
 Coffee with Milk

 Today was flooded here and we stay home all day... my fridge was almost empty and I had to cook twice... But I did my best to be healthier possible...
