1 glass of water with ACV. Coffee with Lactaid Fat Free Milk. 1 smoothie with spinach, coconut milk, protein, chia, raspberries.
Snack:
12 almonds
Lunch:
Salmon sandwich with lettuce and tomato from Jason's Deli.
Snack:
Banana
Dinner:
Gluten free pasta with tuna and heavy whipping cream.
1 coffee with milk
Melon.
Ok, so today was a CRAZY day!!!! I didn't sit for a second all day... I kind of let me go during dinner because I was stressed... No excuses I know... but believe me my dinner portion only had 273 Calories....
