Day 8

Breakfast:
 1 glass of water and ACV
 1 smoothie with strawberries, chia, coconut milk, greek yogurt, spinach.
 1 coffee with lactaid skim milk. 


Snack: 
1 banana

 Lunch:
 1 pouch of Tuna in water and crackers...
 Wasnt the best healthier but I was cleaning the house and that was the fastest thing I had ready.

 Snack:
 12 almonds

 Dinner: 
 1 breast chicken, 1 sweet potato, asparagus, carrots and salad. 
 1 coffee with lactaid milk. 1 belgian cookie.


 Today I spent most of my day cleaning my house, and my mood isn't the best... so I gave myself only 1 dark chocolate cookie. I also start drinking water with cucumber inside..
