Still drinking the water with Apple Cider Vinegar.
Breakfast:
1 cup of Frozen Rasberries, 1 banana, 1 TBSP of peanut butter. Blend it all together and became like a "Ice Cream". Actually maybe next time I shouldn't blend the banana, because I didn't like the texture of blended banana.
2 Boiled eggs.
Coffee with lactose and fat free milk.
Snack:
12 almonds
Lunch:
Quinoa with shrimps, cauliflower and black beans. cooked all... but you can eat it as a salad too.
Snack:
1 apple
Dinner:
Ground Sirloin Burrito with mexican rice from Chuy's.
Here is where I went wrong... first isn't healthy. Second I feel not so good... but according to my fitness pal I still on track on my calories, so I believe that tomorrow is a new day.
Also today I waked up with a huge headache and PMS isn't helping... Now is time to sleep and tomorrow is a better day... I BELIEVE!!!
