Today I decide to wake up earlier so I can have time to prepare my food without stress. I start with a glass of water with 3 caps of Apple Cider Vinegar.
Breakfast:
1 Banana, 4 White Eggs, 1 Tbs vanilla, 4 Raspberries (use frozen ones), 1 piece of dark chocolate...
Blend the first 3 and make it as a pancake. Goes with Raspberries and Melted Dark Chocolate.
So I didn't like at all so I didn't eat it!!! I had a cup of coffee with fat free lactose free milk.
I was busy so didn't feel so bad...
Mid Day:
1 spoon of Protein unflavored, 5 Strawberries, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, Ice
Blended all and made a Shake... Was pretty Good!!
Lunch:
3 Meatless Meatballs with a easy Marinara Sauce (used natural with low sugar), with green beans.
Eat good but got hungry to fast...
Mid Day:
12 almonds
Dinner:
1 chicken breast, 1 tsp curry, garlic, 1/2 coconut milk, 1/4 chicken broth, onion powder, salt, pepper. I cooked on the oven but can be done on the slow cook. Served with Quinoa, Cauliflower and salad. Made me full for sure...
I also tried to drink a lot of water and had some walk. I see sugar everywhere and feel like eating not for hunger but for need of sugar...
Psychologic I feel kind of nervous and stressed.. feel like need to be busy so I don't suffer to much...
