Day 2

As day 1 I start with a glass of water with cider apple vinegar... 

Breakfast: 
1 Egg, 2 white Egg, 1 hand full of spinach. Made a omelet was delicious.
1 coffee with non fat lactose free milk. 
 Was pretty good and felt great!

Snack: 
1/2 cup of strawberry, 1/2 raspberries, 1 scoop of unflavored protein, 1 cup of coconut milk, Ice. 
 Was good but start feeling kind of nauseous... 

Lunch:
1 fresh salmon with soy sauce, olive oil, pepper lemon and salt... broiled for like 8 minutes... add some salad with lettuce, tomato and cucumber. 
Was DELICIOUS!!! So good that I did again for my kids and hubby for dinner.


Afternoon Snack: 
1 Peanut Granola bar. 

Dinner:
Black Beans, 1 boiled egg, tomato, cilantro, chicken breast, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mixed all and put inside a cabbage leave.
 Could eat the cabbage but the stuffing was pretty good. 


Now let me stay without eat until sleep time. I'll may have a Iced green Tea unsweet too. 

 I still feel cravings and the need of more sugars... but my mood isn't so bad and I really feel convicted to keep going. 
I also had tones of water today so that make me full and also with the need of restroom ALL THE TIME!!!!
