Day 4

Breakfast:
1/2 Oats, 1/2coconut milk, 1 Tsp honey, 1 Tbsp cocoa unsweetened, 5 strawberries (you can add any berry you like). I made everything at night and put into a jar sealed... ate in the morning... 
So I don't like oats and was pretty good. I also had my water with apple cider vinegar before my breakfast.

Snack:
1 apple

Lunch:
I didn't really eat lunch because I lunch out and I ordered a salmon salad without the dressing (I don't like dressings) but the salads were pre-made so I didn't really like it, but I ate the salmon...

Snack:
1 cereal bar

Dinner:
Sweet potato fries seasoned with olive oil, garlic and salt. I baked it for around 20 min. I also did a small portion of ground turkey seasoned with onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper... I also had a skim milk starbucks coffee... 


My meal today was pretty simple and poor but I'm not so in the mood also... another thing... drink a lot of water!!!

Day 3

Still drinking the water with Apple Cider Vinegar.

Breakfast: 
1 cup of Frozen Rasberries, 1 banana, 1 TBSP of peanut butter. Blend it all together and became like a "Ice Cream". Actually maybe next time I shouldn't blend the banana, because I didn't like the texture of blended banana. 
2 Boiled eggs. 
Coffee with lactose and fat free milk.


Snack:
12 almonds

Lunch: 
Quinoa with shrimps, cauliflower and black beans. cooked all... but you can eat it as a salad too.


Snack: 
1 apple

Dinner: 
Ground Sirloin Burrito with mexican rice from Chuy's.
Here is where I went wrong... first isn't healthy. Second I feel not so good... but according to my fitness pal I still on track on my calories, so I believe that tomorrow is a new day. 

Also today I waked up with a huge headache and PMS isn't helping... Now is time to sleep and tomorrow is a better day... I BELIEVE!!!

Day 2

As day 1 I start with a glass of water with cider apple vinegar... 

Breakfast: 
1 Egg, 2 white Egg, 1 hand full of spinach. Made a omelet was delicious.
1 coffee with non fat lactose free milk. 
 Was pretty good and felt great!

Snack: 
1/2 cup of strawberry, 1/2 raspberries, 1 scoop of unflavored protein, 1 cup of coconut milk, Ice. 
 Was good but start feeling kind of nauseous... 

Lunch:
1 fresh salmon with soy sauce, olive oil, pepper lemon and salt... broiled for like 8 minutes... add some salad with lettuce, tomato and cucumber. 
Was DELICIOUS!!! So good that I did again for my kids and hubby for dinner.


Afternoon Snack: 
1 Peanut Granola bar. 

Dinner:
Black Beans, 1 boiled egg, tomato, cilantro, chicken breast, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mixed all and put inside a cabbage leave.
 Could eat the cabbage but the stuffing was pretty good. 


Now let me stay without eat until sleep time. I'll may have a Iced green Tea unsweet too. 

 I still feel cravings and the need of more sugars... but my mood isn't so bad and I really feel convicted to keep going. 
I also had tones of water today so that make me full and also with the need of restroom ALL THE TIME!!!!

Day 1

Today I decide to wake up earlier so I can have time to prepare my food without stress. I start with a glass of water with 3 caps of Apple Cider Vinegar.

Breakfast:
1 Banana, 4 White Eggs, 1 Tbs vanilla, 4 Raspberries (use frozen ones), 1 piece of dark chocolate...
Blend the first 3 and make it as a pancake. Goes with Raspberries and Melted Dark Chocolate.

So I didn't like at all so I didn't eat it!!! I had a cup of coffee with fat free lactose free milk.

I was busy so didn't feel so bad...

Mid Day:
1 spoon of Protein unflavored, 5 Strawberries, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, Ice
Blended all and made a Shake... Was pretty Good!!

Lunch:
3 Meatless Meatballs with a easy Marinara Sauce (used natural with low sugar), with green beans. 
Eat good but got hungry to fast...

Mid Day: 
12 almonds

Dinner:
1 chicken breast, 1 tsp curry, garlic, 1/2 coconut milk, 1/4 chicken broth, onion powder, salt, pepper. I cooked on the oven but can be done on the slow cook. Served with Quinoa, Cauliflower and salad. Made me full for sure...

I also tried to drink a lot of water and had some walk. I see sugar everywhere and feel like eating not for hunger but for need of sugar... 
Psychologic I feel kind of nervous and stressed.. feel like need to be busy so I don't suffer to much...

Today I decided to write about the eat clean I just started... I'm sure it's gonna be the hardest thing because I LOVE TO EAT!!!! But I really need to take care of my health, and I found a way to eat everything but with moderation... and on the right times...
 So enjoy and any questions I'll answer on comments with no problem.
